TJ Plastic Surgery ("Clinic", located at 4F, 606 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea) respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Medical Service Act of the Republic of Korea.

1. Personal Information Collected

Consultation & Appointment Booking: Name, contact number, email address, preferred language, messenger ID (optional), and inquiry details.
In-Clinic Medical Care: Medical records, diagnostic imaging, and health history required under the Korean Medical Service Act.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Scheduling 1:1 consultations and medical procedures.
Providing pre-operative and post-operative medical guidance and international patient support.

3. Retention and Protection

Personal information is retained only for the period required by Korean law (including the Medical Service Act) or until the purpose of collection is fulfilled, after which it is securely destroyed.
