Refund & Cancellation Policy — TJ Plastic Surgery

TJ Plastic Surgery follows transparent reservation and refund standards in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC).

1. Consultation Appointments

Consultation appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge by notifying our clinic at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

2. Surgery Deposit & Cancellation Standards

When a surgery date is reserved with a deposit, refunds or deductions are processed according to the official Korean medical service consumer dispute resolution criteria based on the remaining days prior to the scheduled procedure and any pre-operative laboratory tests already performed.
